Mathew has over 20 years experience helping SMEs and Corporates achieve their strategic ambitions. He is now focused solely on the SME sector where he is passionate about designing and implementing truly transformational business strategies.
He is enthusiastic about working closely with clients to create innovative and workable strategies based on robust research and analysis. He has helped companies move into new countries, launch new products, significantly reduce their cost base and increase their revenues.
Mathew began his career as a market analyst and subsequently created the go-to-market strategy for a new service line at KPMG, headed up Market Analysis and Strategy functions at Barclays, led Strategy teams at UBS and worked with the New Zealand government to help Kiwi firms move into the Middle East and Africa.
He has been focussed on the SME sector for over 6 years during which time he has worked with firms across 4 continents and in multiple industry sectors.
